Mama Fatma Turkish Cuisine Vaughan: Experience Authentic Turkish Flavors

I had a good experience at Mama Fatima Restaurant. The food was tasty, and the "Breakfast for Two" portion was more than enough for three people. The tea was very strong, and we had to ask for hot water to dilute it. The servers were courteous and professional, making the dining experience pleasant overall. While the food was good, I wasn’t a big fan of the stirred egg omelette. One downside was that after about three hours, we were asked to leave, which seems to be the restaurant's policy. The acoustics also make the restaurant quite loud when it's around half full, so it can be a bit overwhelming. But overall, a nice spot for a meal.

What a great experience. Visited the Toronto area and decided to try this place. So glad I did! The food is very good. I didn't taste anything I did not like. Recommend the diced meat pide and kunefe, but you can't go wrong. I would definitely visit again if I'm ever back in Toronto.

We were seated right away for lunch on a Saturday morning. Great service and cute place for dining in. We ordered the chicken wings, ali nazek and pide with beef pepperoni. The pide was super yummy and very cheesy, the chicken wings were cooked well albeit small but the star of the show was the ali nazek. The meat was cooked very well and the creamy eggplant base was delicious. Would definitely return.

Even amid a busy dinner rush, they were quick to greet us and seat our family without difficulty. That level of hospitality goes a long way, especially when you're traveling with hungry kids! I chose the Mixed Beef and Chicken Doner, and it hit all the right notes. The beef was wonderfully seasoned, with a subtle sear that provided depth to each bite, and the chicken was moist and soft. It was a big, satisfying supper served with fluffy rice, fresh salad, and warm bread that reminded me of meals I had in other countries. My wife and kids ordered the Chicken Adana Kebab, and they were equally impressed. The skewers were grilled to perfection, with just the proper amount of heat, and the serving sizes were large. Our server ensured that the spice level was appropriate for children while maintaining the flavor. We couldn't resist eating the Tres Leches dessert, and it was the ideal way to cap the lunch. It was moist, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet, making it one of the greatest we'd ever eaten, Turkish restaurant or not. Mama Fatma Turkish Cuisine has earned a spot on our go-to list for family dinners thanks to its outstanding service, delectable cuisine, and clean, pleasant ambiance. Highly recommended for those looking for genuine Turkish cuisine with a touch of warm friendliness!

The menu has so many options to choose from! Our waiter recommended the Adana Kebab; the mashed salad in it elevated the entire dish . The tres leches cake was sweet and quite lovely to have with the tea. I thought their serving dishes were beautiful, and I enjoyed my overall experience as the restaurant was not overcrowded. Looking forward to trying other dishes on their menu.

Visited this location based on Michelin recommendation and it did not disappoint. Underwhelming exterior and presentation but the interior decor is modern and neat and the flavors are great. We ordered the lentil soup (ok), chicken Adana (Smokey and succulent) , veg bulgar wraps dish (very interesting and filling), and dipping platter which came with one of the softest pitas I have ever had. service is quick and welcoming. Will definitely make another trip.
